Wyndnwyre performs traditional instrumental and vocal music from the Celtic countries of Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The band performs at festivals and concerts throughout the Southwest. Wyndnwyre is:

Bill Klecka on Hammered Dulcimer, Guitar, Cittern, Bozouki, Mandolin and Vocals. He has been performing Bluegrass and Celtic music in Houston for the past 30 years. He is a founding member of the Band 25 years ago and creates many of the band's arrangements. His dulcimer playing has a delicacy rarely heard on this ancient instrument. Mark Johnson on Irish Flute, Low Whistle, Tin Whistles, Guitar, Percussion (Bodhran, Dumbek, Bells) and Vocals. He been with the band since 1985. Mark's flute playing soars in a class of its own and his improvisational guitar accompaniment adds a driving force to the band's sound. Therese Honey on Celtic Harp and music history. Therese has performed at the Carolan Harp Festival in Keadue, Co. Roscommon , Ireland. She has played at the Stone Mountain Highland Games, Milwaukee Irish Festival, the Jackson, Mississippi CelticFest and North Texas Irish Festival on addition to teaching workshops around the country. Therese plays celtic dance tunes with rythmic dexterity and grace. Corrin Evans on Fiddle. Corrin joined the band in 2009. Born in Chicago, Corrin Evans began playing classical violin at the age of 7. At 12 she began expanding her range of fiddling styles in West Virginia from classical to blues, traditional Irish, Afro-Cuban, jazz, and bluegrass. She studied violin at the University of Maryland and in Berlin. She has performed at music festivals around the country. She is an amazing musician and we are glad to have her with us.
